I've never heard this song (miggy)
Hello, flist! Does anyone know anything about the current NZ music scene? I am particularly looking for someone familiar with Kiwi punk/pop-punk.

I was just about to suggest 'Elemeno P'. Not really punk but they fit the vein.

'The Bleeders' got a fair bit of TV play, but they're a little bit more hardcore. I think they've just left NZ for Canada, often a pre-sign of the band dissolving...

'Goodnight Nurse' would fit well, maybe 'The Rabble'.

'48 May' fits that radio punk vein too.
